Our industry is dependent on the freight carriers, and for the most part, they are excellent partners and we know we couldn’t do it without them! But for the off time a delivery comes in damaged, or missing pieces, then we have a fight on our hands. Best course of action….take pictures, make notes, and take pictures of your notes! The more you can document, the easier the claim filing process can be. We never wish for these occurrences, but when they happen, we will work with you best we can to get the issue remedied ASAP…preferably in the first 48 hours!
